Sprott Shaw College International Student School Letter Request

Student who wish to receive school letters must do so officially in completing this form

1. Complete all required fields

2. Submit the completed online form

3. Regular request will take 5 business days at NO cost

4. If urgent, it will take 2 business days with a fee of CAD $15, this fee is non-refundable once processed. Payment is accepted in person at Campus or International Office or E-Transfer.

Email your receipt to intl.admissions@sprottshaw.com once you made the payment of $15 urgent fee.

Important Notes:

1, Contact to Campus directly if you request Interim Transcript or Confirmation of Graduation

2. If you have fees that haven’t been paid by the payment due dates, the school letter(s) will not be issued until you have completely paid off your outstanding balances.

3. If you are currently on a Leave of Absence from your campus, please contact your international Advisor for assistance
